4️⃣. DONATIONS & CONTRIBUTIONS

4.1 Nature of Donations

All monetary donations made through this website are voluntary charitable contributions intended to support the programs, operations, and mission of the Autism Ally Foundation.

Donations are non-refundable except in cases of documented error or fraudulent activity (see Section 6).

4.2 Methods of Payment

Donations may be made through:

  • CashApp, bank transfer, or mailed checks (where applicable)

4.3 Recurring Donations

By enrolling in a recurring donation plan, you authorize Autism Ally Foundation to automatically charge your selected payment method at the designated interval (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at info@autismallyfoundation.com or via your donor account portal.

4.4 Use of Funds

Funds received are used at the discretion of Autism Ally Foundation in accordance with our mission, which includes — but is not limited to — educational programs, family support, autism awareness initiatives, advocacy efforts, and operational expenses required to deliver these services.

5️⃣. TAX DEDUCTIBILITY

Autism Ally Foundation is recognized or intends to be recognized as a tax-exempt nonprofit under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations may be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We recommend consulting your tax advisor for specific guidance.

Official donation receipts will be provided for contributions exceeding $250 or upon request for smaller amounts.

6️⃣. REFUND POLICY

All donations are considered final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or processing error;

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction;

  • Technical malfunction resulting in an incorrect charge.

Requests for a refund must be made in writing within 10 business days of the transaction to info@autismallyfoundation.com, including proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
