Autism Ally Foundation Fundraiser & Silent Auction Preview

This year, the Autism Ally Foundation is hosting a hybrid fundraiser that brings our community together both in person and online. Supporters can attend our in-person celebration to preview auction items, hear powerful speeches, enjoy dinner, and witness our official ribbon-cutting ceremony—while the full silent auction continues online for Allies everywhere.

Our fundraising goal is $20,000, directly supporting respite resources, family support programs, and sensory-inclusive community experiences.

Through our GalaBid platform, supporters can:

In-Person Event Experience

Join us for an inspiring evening dedicated to awareness, inclusion, and community strength. Guests will enjoy a banquet dinner, an emotional tribute, a live ribbon-cutting ceremony, and opportunities to preview silent auction items up close.

5:00 PM – Doors Open / Guest Arrival & Mixer

5:30 PM – Welcome & Opening Remarks

Acknowledgment of Allies, partners, and supporters.

Silent Auction Recognition.

6:00 PM – Co-Founder’s Speech

A message of unity and the importance of community allyship.

Includes a Tribute to Non-Verbal Individuals, honoring their voices, strengths, and journeys.

6:15 PM – Founder’s Speech

A heartfelt message from the mother who built this foundation — a story of hope, need, and change.

6:25 PM – Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Official launch moment for the Autism Ally Foundation.

6:30 PM – Toast & Banquet Dinner

A warm celebration of community, progress, and inclusion.

8:00 PM – Raffle Drawings

Winners announced for donated items and Ally giveaways.

8:15 PM – Donor Recognition & Closing Celebration

Honoring those who made the night possible.

9:00 PM – Event Ends

Guests may select their meal at check-in.

🔐 Payment & Preauthorization

To protect our fundraiser from fraudulent activity, GalaBid may issue a temporary preauthorization on your card when you register or place your first bid.

  • No money is withdrawn at this stage

  • Your card is only charged if you win a bid, buy an item, or submit a donation

  • All purchases are treated as charitable donations to the Autism Ally Foundation

  • No refunds are provided for auction items or donations
