The Autism Ally Foundation invites families and community members to join us for an afternoon of inclusive Halloween fun inspired by the magical world of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Our goal is to create a welcoming, exciting, and family-friendly Halloween experience where individuals with autism and their families can celebrate, connect, and enjoy the day together.

With 100+ guests already registered and attendance continuing to grow, we are also inviting businesses, organizations, volunteers, and community supporters to help us make the Chocolate Factory come to life.

Your Golden Ticket to Get Involved

There are several ways to support this event.

Whether you own a business, want to volunteer, or simply want to make a contribution, there is a Golden Ticket for you.

Vendor Golden Ticket

We are currently accepting outdoor vendors for the event.

Instead of charging a traditional vendor fee, participating vendors will secure their space by purchasing needed items from the Autism Ally Foundation Amazon Wish List.

This allows vendor contributions to go directly toward candy, event supplies, activities, decorations, prizes, and other items needed to serve our families.

Candy Partner — $50 Minimum

Purchase at least $50 in items from our Amazon Wish List and receive an outdoor vendor space.

Golden Ticket Sponsor — $100+

Purchase $100 or more in items from our Amazon Wish List and become a Golden Ticket Sponsor.

Includes vendor participation and additional sponsor recognition.

Chocolate Factory Sponsor — $250+

Purchase $250 or more in items from our Amazon Wish List and become a Chocolate Factory Sponsor.

This is our highest vendor sponsorship level and includes enhanced sponsor recognition.

Important Vendor Information

Please review these requirements before registering as a vendor.

• Vendor spaces are outdoors.
• Vendor setup begins at 12:00 PM.
• Vendors must arrive no later than 1:00 PM.
• The event runs from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
• We are seeking vendors who are able to remain for the entire event.
• Up to 3 representatives may staff each vendor space.
• A tent is strongly recommended.
• Vendors should be prepared for outdoor fall weather. Temperatures are currently expected to be in the 60s.
• Vendors are encouraged to decorate their space and participate in the Willy Wonka/Chocolate Factory theme. If not, vendors can wear the event T-shirt included with securing vendor spot.
• We are looking for vendors who want to interact with families, participate in the atmosphere, share the event, and help make the day fun—not simply set up a sales table.
• Please email photo of receipt of items purchased, business name, logo, and contact person's name after securing spot to info@autismallyfoundation.com

Volunteer Golden Ticket

For contributions where tax deductibility applies, donors should retain their contribution documentation for their records.

Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

Families should select the time slot that works best for their child’s needs.

Costumes are welcome but not required.

Please include any important support needs during registration so our team can plan accordingly.

Why This Event Matters

Traditional Halloween events can sometimes be too loud, too crowded, too dark, or too unpredictable for children with autism and sensory needs. This event gives families another option — one where children can still experience the joy of Halloween while being surrounded by patience, understanding, and support.
